Τhe Guara Wara cocktail is an amazingly genius cocktail, because every sip is different than the previous one, since the coconut ice dilutes more, while the rest of the drink is being reduced.
Most of the time, bartenders create cocktails beacause they want to enhance their bar’s cocktail menu with a few signutare recipes. This time the case was totally different.
This is one of my favorite signature cocktails. I created it during the G’Vine World Cocktail Competition 2010. It’s simple, fruity, spicy and it is based on a marvelous gin brand, the stem-winder G’Vine floraison gin from Cognac.
