If you like genever and you are fond of blackcurrants, then you will definitely love the cocktail below, again one of my recent signature recipes.
- 50 ml De Ooievaar Loyaal zeer oude genever
- 100 ml Blackcurrant puree (Ravi fruit)
- 20 ml sugar syrup (1 part sugar : 1 part water)
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- 2-3 basil leaves
Combine all ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into an ice-filled glass and garnish with one basil leave and two straws.
