So, what’s so special about this book?
– Sometimes when I am trying to evaluate a book with classic cocktails and modern cocktails, I first read recipes like the “Cosmopolitan”, the “Last Word” and the “Mai Tai”. If I like them, I proceed reading the book. If I also like the pictures I like the book. And if it seems that the author knows “how to do the job”, I recommend the book. This is why i believe you should have a copy of “The Essential Cocktail Book”.
