I don’t know the reason why, but this is the truth: I am very fond of creme brulees. So, I tried to create a drinkable one! Wanna see how?
- 40 ml Disaronno liquer
- 30 ml Triple Sec
- 30 ml Angostura 1919 Rum
- 30 ml vanilla flavored cream*
- half teaspoon brown sugar (for the caramelization)
Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Top up carefully with a thin layer of the vanilla flavored cream. Garnish with a pinch of dark brown sugar and grab your kitchen torch. Burn the sugar with it carefully until it gets a caramelized color. Enjoy your disaronno brulee!
