– Three people have been involved in writing “Mixology & Mayhem” : Sean Muldoon, Jack McGarry and Jillian Vose. Sean Muldoon is the cofounder and managing partner of the Dead Rabbit Grocery and Grog in New York City, and formerly the bar manager of the Merchant Hotel in Belfast. Jack McGarry became internationally known for his extensive historically based beverage programs. Immediately before joining the Dead Rabbit, Jack tended bar at Milk & Honey London, one of the world’s most highly awarded bar operations. Jillian Vose won the 2013 Rising Stars award from StarChefs and was named one of the 10 Best Bartenders in America at Tales of The Cocktail 2017 and 2018. She is the Beverage Director at Dead Rabbit NYC and Former Bar Manager/Head Bartender at Death & Co.
